FLOWFILT SYNTHETIC NANO-FIBRE PLEATED FILTER CARTRIDGE
The Nano-fiber media used in our filter cartridges is actually composed of different layers, each layer increasingly more efficient for finer and finer filtration. The Nano-filter layer has the smallest fibers and provides the optimum in filtration efficiency, capacity and flow ability. The Nano fiber layer has a diameter size range between 600 to 800 nanometers. The support layers are standard polyester or polypropylene to suit temperature and compatibilit y requirements. Synthetic Nano-fiber Pleated filter cartridges help to reduce filtration costs and premature clogging when filtering difficult-to-filter or highly contaminated solutions. For maximum efficiency, these cartridges are rated to: Beta 5000 (99.98% efficient and the given micron rating.
